New refrigerator sporadically shuts off, temp goes to 20-40 degrees F., lasts a few minutes, then makes a loud rattling noise as turns back on again and temp gradually goes back down to 0. I'm not sure how often this happens, mostly the temp seems to be 0, but the bread in the freezer partially defrosts when this happens and the frozen meat isn't staying as fresh as it did in my old fridge's freezer. Also when this happens everything in the freezer and the freezer walls get damp. Can someone tell me what part/parts can be causing this problem and how? Thanks!
