Yup.. same old question. I've seen all the you tube vids on how to replace the water inlet valve and other things that can be the problem with no Ice being made. I know I can buy the different parts, and I found where to get them. But,, a little bit of a different question on the subject. I see that the water inlet valve has 4 water inlet connections, plus the one that is attached to the house hold water supply. That is 5. At least on my fridge. So,, I am able to get water out of the door fill tube to fill a glass. Dose that mean the water inlet valve could still be bad?? I see that there is at least 2 electrical connections to the water fill valve. That is why I am asking the question. Could part of the water fill valve go wrong, to wear it would be the cause of no ice and still be able let water flow to the part where you fill your glass with water?? I hope it is not the whole Ice maker in the door. It is a lot more expensive. My ice maker tray dose not have the jumper holes to use a jumper wire to check if it would move, or to see if water would come out the fill tube into the molds. What do you all think?? Thanks Oh, one more thing, it just quit all of a sudden, cubes were hard and fully formed. No power outage.

Hey all. Original poster here. Gweedow. I can see about 25 views but no reply. If there are no replys from the repair guys or pros. I guess I'll just go with the buying of the complete Ice tray maker. I can get one for half price.
