Symptoms:
Both freezer and refrigerator are warm, not cooling at all.
Both freezer and refrigerator fans are running.
Condenser fan is running
Compressor is running and warm to the touch, but not hot.
Condenser is clean.

When I unplugged the unit and leave it sit for at least 30min here is what I observe after I plug it in.
I hear some clicks, with in about 30 seconds the fan by the compressor starts as well as the compressor and fans in the frig and freezer run. It seems that everything is functioning correctly but it never produces any cold. As a result my compressor runs until I unplug it.

I checked the 12uF run cap for the compressor with a digital meter and it reads 11.96uF.

Just to try something I disconnected the run cap and none of my symptoms changed. Make me suspicions of the run cap but not sure how disconnecting a run cap effects short term use.

I am suspecting something internal to the compressor or have somehow lost the coolant but I am a computer guy not an refrigerator guy so don't know for sure.

Anyone have an ideas?
