Ice maker keeps cycling dumping all water

Ice makeer will not stop cycling.
Dumps ice, rotates up, fills tray, but then rotates down and dumps water, rotates bak up, fills tray with water and then rotates down and dumps water again. Will not stop cycle, flooding kitchen.

What twpelles the ice make to stop . Filling stop but then dumps water.
