Default Frigidaire Refrigerator - Water/Ice will not stop dispensing

My refrigerator decides to start dispensing water or Ice when ever it decided on its own, when it happens the dispense light stays on as well and no darn error codes.
Is driving me crazy, i have checked both switches for continuity and even replaced the " Frigidaire Module Dispenser " Part AP4565887 (242115004) " which I just purchased from Appliance Parts.
But seems to keep doing the same thing. Please if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
Not sure if I can return the part ? and get what ever part i need to correct the problem.
My fridge Model is DGUS2645LF6A
