We had a power outage recently and the refrigerator stopped working. Turns out, the Adaptive Defrost Control Board was fried, so I replaced that. The evaporator fan began to run again and all was fine I thought. Turns out the refrigerator wasn't getting cool. I noticed that the damper wasn't opening so I replaced that too. Still not working. What I did notice is that once i plug the refrigerator back in, the damper motor (on both the new and old damper) runs and rotates in a full 360 degrees opening the damper and then closing it.

I've checked the Temperature Control Thermostat and there's continuity there too. At a bit of a loss as to what it can be. Any thoughts?
