We had a power outage and didn't realize that when power returned our basement freezer had turned on to 0 instead of 5. Took us 2 weeks to realize and chickens went bad and there is a horrible smell we can't get rid of. We were told would be best to throw out freezer. Others suggested cleaning drip pan and hose near condenser. How do we get to those parts and is this a doable solution?
