I have a defrost problem with the freezer side.
It seems as though the defrost cycle is staying on for too long. Inside the freezer gets warm enough to melt ice cubes and start to defrost everything in freezer every time it goes into the defrost cycle. After it defrosts for a while it returns to freezing and everything is great until the defrost cycle starts again.
I have checked all that I can with my meter to see if I am getting the proper readings as far as the defroster and thermistor . The defroster is giving the proper readings but I am unsure of the thermistor. Could a bad thermistor cause that problem or would I need another board?
