Unit is 13 years old but used only about 4 years. Freezer is -20 degrees even at the highest (warmest) setting. So the Refrigerator side freezes food also. I blocked the air flow to the refrigerator side and also unplugged the flapper for the air flow regulator but is still at about 34. It also runs too long.
Is the thermistor bad? OR . . .
