Hi, any help is much appreciated!

My ice maker wont dispense, crushed or not. Push the touch pad on either crushed or cubed it will beep like normal but nothing comes out. I took the ice maker out and confirmed the auger motor works by hooking it up directly to 120v. I'm thinking it is a control board somewhere but I cant find any info on this thing. Also it would be nice to pull the touch pad out and look/test but I don't know how to get it off. Don't want to break it. Anyway, TIA for any help!
