I am having issues with 2 refrigerators same model w8texwfvq00 with the same issues they both run but don't get cold . I have swapped out the inverter box with ones I know works no change. I have take ohm readings on the compressor the compressors DO RUN but make a little noise . From what I gather they have a variable speed compressor. I've taken ohm readings from all 3 pins and get 7 ohms meaning the compressor is good ? is there a mother board that runs the inverter box? Or what could be causing units not to get cold . I did get a answer back that said it if the compressor WAS NOT running then the most likely cause would be the defrost control board . But would that go if the compressor is running could it still be defrost control board ? I am also aware that the inverter box can not be checked that it need a special device to find out if its ok ? Thanks for any info .
