The drawer freezer in my KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer has recently started thawing. It freezes properly (around zero degrees F) but then thaws (low 30s F) -- seemingly as part of the frost free cycle. When it warms up, I can hear a motor or fan running, which is a little noisier than when the freezer is properly cooling, but it still sounds normal and not like something is wrong. Then it freezes again like nothing is wrong. BTW, the refrigerator maintains a proper temperature (around 40 degrees) and seems unaffected by the freezer issue. I'd love some help troubleshooting the problem.
