I just purchased a vacant house with a top of the line GE GSS25WSTF-SS refrigerator. Since it has been sitting for the last 2 months with food inside and no electricity, what is the best way to clean it? Do I turn the power on and wait 24 hours for it to cool before cleaning it? What is the best approach?

A great approach I think will be to clean it first before you turn it on. Get rid of the food inside the fridge. It might stink but getting rid of the spoiled food in your fridge will make it easier for you to identify the parts which might cause the technical issues of the fridge.
