Model Number: ED5VHEXTL01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
The ice door hinge that built into the molded piece that attaches to the freezer side door broke and the pin will not stay in the ice maker door flap. I have tried gluing it back together and it does not hold for long. The other parts of the door I have seen sold as replacements but not the main piece of plastic that everything else goes into and attaches to it. Is there a work around that anyone has tried that works.
