Compressor is running but not cooling. Symptoms started slowly over the last week the freezer would fluctuate between 0 and 40 degrees. The condenser fan and evaporator fan both are running and the coils are clean as a whistle. I went ahead and replaced the Overload and PTC Relay. but the symptoms continued and I noticed the compressor was very hot to the touch. I pulled out the old OHMS meter and tested Common to Start and Common to Run and got .03K on both, then tested run to start (omitting common) and got .03k. This leads me to believe my compressor is bad. am I correct in assuming this?
