I'm trying to repair a drainage problem by attaching a wire to the defrost heater. The drain tube is totally clear. I removed the back panel of the freezer ( which is on top) and this exposed the coils but I don't see the drain hole or the defrost heater. Are they beneath the bottom panel of the freezer,or someplace else. If they are under the bottom panel how do I remove the panel. Thanks alot
