I have the above Maytag side by side refrigerator...every video that I have looked at shoes to remove the control door panel you slip a scraper under the outer panel...mine has a tray which you remove and there are two screws...after I take them out I cannot get the front control panel off.
Can anyone help with this problem? It is driving me crazy..I have tried pushing up to release it and also tried pushing down no luck...don't want to break anything that I don't have to...I need to replace the water line from the bottom of the door to the dispenser due to a leak...thanks for any assistance...if you would like you can email me at rbporcelli@aol.com with the answer if that is allowable....
