15yr old ge profile refrigerator. Noticed freezer contents like ice cream softer than usual suddenly. Evaporator isn't iced up. Condenser fan appears to be running slower than I would expect to keep it cool. Metered voltage at J2 T3&5 is 4.35 which I understand should be in the 12/8/4v range depending on if it is a variable voltage compressor which I believe it is based on what I think is the invertor to**the compressor. **J2 Pin 3&8 give 13.38v within the 12-14 proper range. Placed a fan behind which seems to help get it cooler inside.

Temperature in freezer doesn't seem to want to get below 5F with fridge at 38F.

Not sure if the condenser fan is supposed to run at 2 speeds but it doesn't seem to change speeds and doesn't seem visually to be running fast enough to keep things cool enough back there. Compressor is too hot to touch.

The resisters on the Main board don't appear to be burned.
