During the last cold Chicago winter my GE Profile fridge stopped working.
I unplugged the unit thinking this might reset the fridge and it seemed like it worked but after a few days it stopped cooling in both the fridge and bottom freezer. Waited for warmer weather and replaced the mother board but the unit is still not cooling. Wondering if leaving it in an unheated garage over the winter caused the damage. Not sure how to proceed?
