My Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator started having erratic freezer temperatures at the start of this week. It has been steadily getting warmer now in both the fresh foods and frozen section. Both the evaporating fan and the condenser fan are turning. There was a big block of ice to the right of the evaporating fan in the rear of the freezer that we defrosted, put back together but still too warm. Took apart the starter relay to see if it rattles, it doesn't, but still suspect this might be the problem because of the continual clicking noise. We already cleaned the coils and ran the service diagnostic with no conclusions. Running out of ideas, please help! Model no 596.77593801.
