Looks like water is leaking from custom cooling unit in bottom back of Fresh Food Section. Slow leak of water pools underneath the bottom Custom Cool drawer.

How do I troubleshoot/fix?

Thank you!

Gcrossley, You'll need to remove the lower bins and shelves in the refrigerator, remove the water coil cover and check for a leak from the tube and connections. Also check for excess frost or ice on the back wall of the compartment, especially the left side of the custom cool assembly. You may even want to check the right rear side of the refrigerator back wall, your leak maybe from the water filter head assembly or tubes. If you need to remove the custom cool assembly, refer to the attached information.
