Hello, my refrigerator was getting very warm between the doors so I pulled it out and noticed that the condensing fan motor was not running but the compressor was. After searching this site I found the link that someone posted about how to test the motor and the board. I have 13.5 v dc on the #3 and 8 terminals on the J2 plug. But when I test from the #3 and #5 terminal I have no voltage. It says I should have either 12, 8 or 4 volts dc. Would this be telling me to get the board and the fan?

I appreciate any help.
