Water dispenser is dispensing water very slowly. Ice maker is barely making ice. I replaced the water inlet valve and verified water pressure. It stil did not work so I sealed off freezer with cardboard and left door open for 2 hours to see if line was frozen. It made no difference. All this started after I changed water filter. Went back to old filter and tried another new one because i purchased 2 but still had the same problem. What else could it be? This is a Maytag side by side.
