I have a GE refrigerator and the freezer does not freeze anything. It gets cold but not freezing. I had replaced a couple parts on the compressor as well as the defrost thermostat. When I put it back together it froze a cup of water overnight and I thought the problem was fixed. A week later the tenant moved in to the apartment and said the freezer was not working.....same problem... any thoughts. Thanks.
