I have a whirlpool under counter ice maker. it makes ice and releases the ice from the evaporator. i recently replace the ice thickness control and bin thermostat. The issue I'm having is that the cutting grid is not cutting the ice fast enough. the slab of ice will form and fall on the grid, but will not fall thru the grid before another slab has already been released.i have checked the continuity on the grid and it shows continuity. i have 10 volts going to grid. According to schemetic the transformer is 115v/8.5. Ice thickness is about 3/8 thick
