I have a kenmore Refrigerator that is not cooling, though the fan is running. I opened up the bottom and found massive dust build up on the condenser coils. I cleaned this all off and started up the fridge again but it isn't cooling. Seems like the compressor is not kicking in. The start relay makes no noise.

I'm trying to determine which parts I need to check and replace.
