Refrigerator Warm -- Freezer Cold .

Top Fridge . bottom freezer.

A month and half ago condition occured -- turned off and cleaned coils and let sit overnight manually defrosting then plugged in and had been working until happening again last night -- as with 1st case have ice forming on bottom of freezer and freezer is cold but fridge up to 60 degrees.

????

---- Note I took off the back inside of the Freezer to get to the coils and Evaporator Fan and found that the Evaporator Fan Motor will spin and run if I manually start spinning but does not start to spin without the help.
