my ice machine makes ice but the ice cubes are not solid they are coming out hollow like not enough water is coming out, I have adjusted the water level as high as it will go, I do not have a water filter. my water dispenser is working fine I think.

The most likely culprit is the water vale (item 10 in section 10) so I would replace that.

I am assuming that adjusting the fill made some difference but not enough.
