side by side both cold bottom only help
Model Number: ess22xgmd ww Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
ge side by side both work bottom half only 6 yrs old
eterna series inside top air circulation fan not running lately is that the problem why does it work bottom half only thanks in advance, jabba

Hi Jabba,
Looks like there is a problem with the evaporator fan motor and, possible, with the main control board. You can find the complete instructions how to diagnose and fix it in one of previous posts: GE refrigerators (GS* & PS* models), the evaporator fan motor test and replacement. - The part number for the evaporator fan motor is AP3191003 - The part number for the main control board is AP3950129 Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model ESS22XGMDWW Gene.
