I have a GE Profile Artica, no ice maker. The freezer seems to be working fine, but I have noticed the refrigerator is getting warm. I can hear what sounds like the fan running, but there is no air movement in the refrigerator section.

Sounds a lot like the damper unit that lets cold air into the food storage section has failed. This happened to my fridge a couple years back. My fridge is a side by side 10-15 year old unit and the damper on this box was located in the very top left corner behind a plastic grill in the food storage section. The damper problem is very common on GE side by sides. No more GE's for me when this box finally goes bad. A few years ago it needed a motherboard because of a "cold solder" joint at one of the power relays....sigh.
