I ordered a new overload relay(part #4013414). The one I have has 2 copper nodes for the wires to plug into. The part that I recieved has 1 copper node where the wires plug in and an additional silver one in the center of the part.
I called customer service and the lady told me that I had the right part, but that I was to alter it to make it work?!?! I asked her how I was to do that, and she told me to ask that question here.
Any suggestions.
