Hi, first post here. I got an Emerson mini fridge that's not running at all. I checked the compressor with a meter at the pins and it appears fine. I removed the overload relay and when I shake it, there's a rattling sound. I was wondering if that can be the cause of the problem. Here's the number on the ol relay bt48-125a61d2. Also wanted to know if you guys carry the part? Thanks

Most times, if it rattles, it is bad, but not always. Check for continuity. Many of these little mini fridges have to be repaired with overloads and start relays that are similar because the parts are harder to find.
There should be a start relay and an overload. Test both for continuity.
