Kenmore Elite (mfg. by Samsung) has problem with condensate freezing in drain line, then running onto floor as water. Tired of defrosting floor and drain and cleaning up runoff.

Understand this is a common problem with bottom freezers. Whirlpool has come out with a fix consisting of a "J" drain that prevents warm moist air from rising up the drain line and freezing.

Can't find out if anyone has an aftermarket version that works on the Samsung (Samsung service is worse than useless). Anyone know?

Has anyone tried the Whirlpool part on a Samsung?
