Whirpool side-by-side Refer-Freeze / Ice-maker (2001)
I'm needing to replace the ice striper.
Do I need to remove the whole ice maker? Or can I simply re-attach this front side moving part through the door and without removing the unit?

The Tab that is the main attachment and pivot point for the striper snapped and the (old) tounge/tab that holds it on is stuck in there.

If I need to take it apart... where do I start? How many screws? which ones? Where?
