We have an older upright freezer. 2 weeks ago we moved it to a different location and now the freezer is no longer cold and the door doesn't have suction. The motor seems to be running but the air coming out is cool, not cold. Any idea what might be wrong? Does the date code below mean Sept 4, 2005?
Thanks
Sarah

If all fans are running, and the compressor is running, then it sounds like you may have sealed system failure with the unit. Check and see if the evaporator coils have an even frost pattern. If not, you will need an HVAC tech to repair the unit.
