The power company had a outage today when the power came back on the only thing in the fridge working is the lights, the temp controls don't light up, no lights on the ice maker and water dispenser buttons either, there is power going to the fridge..would this be a bad motherboard or is there a fuse inside some where ?

Probably the control board but a model number may help.
