Hello,

I will start at the beginning. My icemaker was jamming intermittently and I had to un jam the cubes once a week.
Then this time, after an un jam, water was running everywhere from the icemaker. I was unable to move the ice maker bale all the way up or down, it only moved about ½ inch.
After removing the icemaker I noticed the motor/pawl/cam whatever it’s called was out of phase with the motor which is why is couldn’t move up or down.

I replaced the icemaker with a direct replacement, since then nothing happens at all, totally dead, no water, no ice, no nothing.
I also after this replaced the fill valve, no change.
I have good water pressure going to the valve.

I did let the new ice maker acclimate for a few days …no change.

I checked for AC voltage between points Y and N with the door switch closed and got nothing there.
I am stuck at this point.

Thanks,
