You can match up a replacement door gasket by going to McCombs supply (just crunch that in Google search engine) and clicking on on line catalog, then commercial refrigeration. Just match up the type of gasket by the side view. Latch probably not available.
If you can get a manufacturers part #, this parts site can order it for you.
