Hello, my ice maker stopped making ice. I replaced the ice maker because ice was frozen to the side of the tray and would not eject. I installed the new ice maker and it still isn't working. The LED light flashes twice then pauses when I open the door. I called Sears parts direct and the person I talked to said it could also be the water valve, but I have water through the door.
I read other posts recommending checking that the water line isn't frozen. My question is can I remove the rubber hose feeding the tray without ruining it?
