My LG refrigerator has two lower freezer drawers. The past 6 months or so there has been an issue whereby the upper drawer cogs seem to jump a notch or two on the track so that when closed it does not fully seal. This seems to occur even if the drawer is opened slowly. The lower drawer does not have this problem.

I am able to resolve the seal by opening the upper drawer and with a screwdriver prying the cogs a couple notches back onto the track. However, it keeps recurring. Any suggestions?
