Hi!

I have a whirlpool side by side refrigerator. On normal operation, the Ice maker would not dispense water. The lever will go up and down but no ice is being produced as water is not dispensing.

When jumping V and L water dispenses fine however, the motor stops working and seem to get stuck in the ice.

When there is no ice on the tray, the motor runs fine by just putting the lever down and it also runs when jumping T and H.

1. What will be the problem if the water dispenses when jumping V and L but not work when it is not being jumped.

2. Also, why would the ice dispenser gets stuck when there is water in the tray? Could it be that I put too much or less water than needed?

3. What is the M-N hole for? Is it something like a reset button?

Thanks!
