fridge getting too warm - called sears repair - the nice tech told me its most likely defrost thermostat - he didn't have one - charged me $95 - so i called app-part-pros got one and wired it in. now same issue 2 wks later

i called app part pros and said i think its bad - their tech told me how to test it by sticking it in salted ice water and testing continuity - it was bad - so i had them send me another which they did - wired that in - now same issue 2 weeks later

is there anything else I can check here ? defrost timer or a relay or something ?
