The compressor contactor pulls in and the compressors hums but doesn't start. The thermals kick it out and after about 4 minutes it tries again. After 3 to 6 tries it finally starts. Has been doing this for a while. The schematic only shows a run capacitor, which I changed, since it's easy to get to. Is there possibly an internal start capacitor that's bad or is the compressor trying to lock up? Also the condenser fan is running the whole time while the compressor is trying to start. The compressor is built by LG. Thanks for any answers.
