My kitchenaid fridge icemaker quit making ice a long time ago, didn't really try figuring it out at first. Thought we didn't have enough pressure and we didn't so we fixed that, then replaced the inlet valve, still no ice. My next move is to just replace the whole icemaker but I'm wondering if the ice control boards in the door could be bad, the thing is they still work by the red light coming on when the laser lines up so I'm not thinking they could be bad? Any ideas, I'm thinking it might be the ice maker itself but would like some opinions, looking for some advice before I go spend money I might not have to spend.

Thx in advance.
