Ice maker stopped filling and making ice.

1. Checked water flow to fridge. Pressure is good as always.
2. Replaced water valve (just in case)
3. replaced ice maker.
4. Made ice for 3-4 cycles, then stopped making ice.

I reduced the freezer temperature from -10 to 10 degrees thinking it might be to cold. No luck.

Someone told me that the pure filter should be replaced. Water dispenses ok. Could this be the problem?
