The Climate Control Drawer on my GE Monogram has functioned inconsistently for some time and now stays around 45 degrees when on "meat" which should be 32 degrees. I ran the diagnostics and all five thermistors passed but I do not see the lower damper opening during the damper test. The damper looks intact and in place but does not seem to open (for example when turned to "chill" mode).

Can a stuck damper be repaired or does it need to be replaced? Or could there be another problem like a bad Climate Control board?
