I have a GE Profile Refridgerator/Freezer (freezer over refrigerator)

Symptoms:

Freezer thermostat set to minimum setting.
Freezer too cold (-10)
Evaporator fan appears to be running at a correct RPM and sounds normal.
Refrigerated section does not have a problem keeping temp
Coils are clean/clear of debris

This unit has provided us with good service for the last decade. At it's age I would consider replacing it except that our cabinets are cut to fit it. It was also very difficult (at the time) to find a freezer over fridge unit with ice maker and door dispenser.

I have an ohm/volt meter and some experience working on commercial kitchen equipment (no expert by any means but I have saved myself some money by replacing fryer thermopipes, beer cooler evap fans ect myself.

Any assistance on part numbers, suggested replacement order and basic testing is appreciated.
