we replaced the computer board directly behind the touchpad in the door to no avail. And now have replaced the ice chute on recommendation of Lowes serve that also did not help. It is stuck on water so we can't get ice out of the door It is at 36 degrees and is freezing everything in the veg drawers! the temp arrow is the only thing that will move and it only moves down not up!
