I have a subzero old fridge 2511rfd serial 381697. The water line freezes at the entry to the freezer, so no ice. Many years ago I replaced the water inlet valve that was leaking externally on teh floor with a generic product. Now I suspect it is weeping internally to freeze the line. Do you think this is the problem? I notice suppliers dont carry subzero parts anymore, and I am having trouble finding a generic replacement. I would rather not remove the valve and carry it around to suppliers. Can you show me a picture and a place that sells the item?
