Hello,
I have a Samsung RS267LBBP and the other day the refrigerator side stopped cooling. The temperature on the front says it is 34 F, but a thermometer says 50 F. The freezer side is working fine.
When I do the self diagnostics it comes back with #7 R-Defrost Error.
How do I determine what has gone wrong and how do I fix it?
Thank you!

A lot of repair shops don't deal with Samsungs, but they seem to be all over the appliance stores. One gentleman told me that if the freezer side is working, but not the fridge, the compressor should be good. It could be the fan or evaporator. I do not feel air blowing out of the vents inside, other than that, I don't know what else to check. I have looked through other posts on here, but I don't see anyone talking about this specific problem with a Samsung side by side and Samsung customer care is a joke. I like this fridge, so don't want to replace it if I don't have to.
